Borneo offers worldwide shipping for all orders from our warehouse in Hungary. See all shipping times and costs below.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Please note: We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 2-5 business days, 5 EUR

  • Express shipping: approx. 1-2 business days, 10 EUR

  • Personal pick-up in Budapest (by pre-arranged appointment): Free

Shipping to Europe

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days, 20 EUR

  • Express shipping: approx. 3-5 business days, 25 EUR

Shipping to Rest of the World

  • Standard shipping: 5-10 business days, 30 EUR

  • Express shipping: approx. 3-5 business days, 35 EUR

VAT is included in in the product price.

Duties and Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Borneo has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country. The custom duty and the custom clearance fee are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the final price, that means all countries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Excluded time periods and P.O. box addresses

Please note our distribution centre do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays of Hungary. We do not fulfill orders to P.O. box addresses.

Besides we do our best to send your order within a specified time period, there may be occasions when unforeseen circumstances beyond your control can affect our work. Our customer service team will be happy to help you to track your orders or provide further information, please contact us via email at info@theborneoline.com

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered please contact us via email at info@theborneoline.com and we will help you with your return. You can request the return of unwanted product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition with all labels and additional supplementaries attached. Any item that has not arrived within fourteen days will not be eligable for a return and refund and it will be returned to the sender.

Return Rules

Clothes: Please make sure that the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and that all labels are still attached to the products with the disposable seal. Please make sure to pack each garment separately in their original packaging when returning more products in the same parcel.

Bags and other accessories: Please note that every additional original tag and packaging should return with the bag(s) to be eligible for return.

If any of the conditions are not met we can not accept the returned item.

Refunds

After your return arrives back to us, we will start the quality control process. As we are unable to provide free return, you should arrange the shipping method and costs. Thank you for your understanding. We can not refund the shipping fee if the order is damaged. We recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not accept parcels from regular post offices outside of the EU. We will send you a confirmation email when your return has arrived.

We shall refund the amount paid of your return after the quality control (excluding any return delivery costs). The refund will be made to the original form of payment directly to the credit card through Stripe Payments with which the payment was made. This process might take up to 2-5 days. The right of refund is not available for a non-consumer entity. I.e. an enterprise which acts in the scope of its profession.
