For the collection and processing of personal data of Brazilian individuals, Brazil’s Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 on the Brazilian General Data Protection Act (in Portuguese: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, hereinafter: “LGPD”) shall apply. Furthermore, in respect of Californian individuals Borneo complies with the Senate Bill No. 1121 California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (hereinafter: “CCPA”). The Company is the data controller of any data which constitutes personal data and which is uploaded when using our Services: at Registration, while Online Shopping, or when subscribing for the Newsletter. The Company bound in honor to protect personal data; therefore, the Company will keep confidential the personal data received and take all necessary steps to secure data processing.
